Effective for all Style Hosts approved into the Strapistry Style Host Program ("the Program"), operated by Frannypak LLC d/b/a Strapistry ("Strapistry," "we," "us").

1. The relationship

You ("Host," "you") are an independent, self-employed promoter of Strapistry products — not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of Strapistry. You set your own hours, choose your own selling methods, and are responsible for your own expenses. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, joint-venture, or partnership relationship.

2. Joining the Program

• You must submit and have approved a Style Host application.
• Upon approval, you pay a one-time, non-refundable Host Kit fee of $350, which entitles you to the physical product samples and host materials described on the application page, plus your personal affiliate link, discount code, and QR code.
• The Host Kit fee is non-refundable once your kit has shipped, except where required by law or where products arrive defective (see Section 8).

3. No purchase minimums, no inventory

• There is no requirement to purchase additional inventory, hit any sales quota, or recruit other Hosts to remain in good standing or to earn commission.
• All customer orders are placed and fulfilled directly through the official Strapistry storefront — you never hold, ship, or invoice product yourself.

4. Commission structure

• You earn 20% commission on the sale price (excluding taxes and shipping) of any order placed through your personal link, discount code, or QR code, and successfully completed (paid and not refunded or charged back).
• Once your trailing 90-day personal sales exceed $500, your commission rate increases to 25% on qualifying sales going forward, for as long as you maintain that trailing volume.
• Strapistry may change commission rates prospectively with 30 days' written notice; rate changes never apply retroactively to completed orders.

5. Payment terms

• Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, for the prior calendar month's completed, non-refunded orders.
• Payment is made via PayPal or direct deposit (your choice, set up when you join).
• Balances under $25 roll forward to the next month until the threshold is met.
• If an order tied to your link is later refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission is deducted from your next payout.

6. Using your link, code, and QR code

• Your link, code, and QR code are for your personal use only — do not share your access credentials with, or sell/transfer your Host status to, another person.
• You may use the marketing images, product copy, and graphics we provide, but may not alter Strapistry logos, misrepresent pricing, or make claims about the products (including the ToteTunes speakers) beyond what Strapistry publishes.
• You may not bid on Strapistry's brand name in paid search advertising or spam unsolicited bulk messages/emails to promote your link.

7. Representing the brand

You agree to represent Strapistry with professionalism, honesty, and care — including accurately describing products, honoring published pricing and promotions, and directing customer service issues (returns, damaged items, order questions) to Strapistry rather than handling them yourself.

8. Product issues and returns

Customers who buy through your link are Strapistry's customers for all purposes — returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled directly by Strapistry under our standard return policy. If your own Host Kit arrives with a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax obligations as an independent contractor. If your commission earnings reach $600 or more in a calendar year, Strapistry will issue you a Form 1099-NEC, and we'll ask you to complete a Form W-9 when you join.

10. No guaranteed earnings

Your earnings depend entirely on your own effort, network, and sales — Strapistry makes no promise or guarantee of any minimum income, and results vary widely between Hosts. Any example figures shown to you are illustrative planning estimates, not a representation of typical or expected earnings.

11. Term and termination

• This Agreement is ongoing until ended by either party.
• You may stop at any time by notifying us; you keep any commission already earned on completed orders through your termination date.
• Strapistry may suspend or terminate your Host status at any time for violation of this Agreement, misrepresentation of the brand, or fraudulent activity, effective immediately upon written notice. Your link and code will be deactivated and no further orders will be attributed to you after termination.

12. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance

By checking the agreement box on the Style Host application and paying the Host Kit fee, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Host Agreement.
