The Strapistry™ Style Host Program gives approved hosts a simple, beautiful way to introduce women to a smarter way to carry the totes they already love.
This is not MLM. There is no recruiting, no monthly quota, and no pressure-based selling. Hosts simply share Strapistry™ products, demonstrate the carry system, and earn commission through their personal host link or QR code.
Host Agreement
By becoming a Strapistry™ Style Host, you agree to represent the brand with professionalism, honesty, and care.
Hosts are independent promoters and are not employees, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of Strapistry™, Frannypak, or Tote-All Collections.
Hosts may share products through personal conversations, luncheons, social media, local events, private gatherings, and approved online content.
One Time Style Host Setup Fee
Approved Style Hosts purchase a one-time Style Host Kit for $350. This kit gives you the products and tools needed to demonstrate the Strapistry™ carry system, style bags for customers, share your QR code, and begin earning 25% commission.
No monthly fees. No inventory requirement. No recruiting.
Host Commission
Approved hosts earn:
25% commission on qualified sales
Commission applies to completed sales made through the host’s assigned link, QR code, or approved tracking method.
Commission is not paid on:
- Returned items
- Cancelled orders
- Refunded purchases
- Shipping fees
- Sales tax
- Unauthorized discounts
Commission payments are made according to the payment schedule provided after host approval.
Host Rules & Policies
To protect the Strapistry™ brand, all hosts agree to follow these rules:
- Use only approved Strapistry™ product names, photos, descriptions, and pricing.
- Do not make false income claims.
- Do not promise guaranteed earnings.
- Do not offer unauthorized discounts.
- Do not sell Strapistry™ products on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other marketplaces without written approval.
- Do not alter the Strapistry™ logo or product images.
- Do not claim Strapistry™ is affiliated with or approved by Bogg® unless officially authorized.
- Use wording such as: compatible with many perforated tote styles.
- Represent the product as a modular tote carry system, not just straps.

Strapistry™ should always feel:
Elegant. Coastal. Sophisticated.
Hosts should present the products in a clean, elevated, lifestyle-focused way. Product demonstrations should highlight comfort, versatility, style, and the ability to upgrade a tote the customer already owns.

Each host may receive a personalized Strapistry™ selling website that can include:
- Host name
- Host photo
- Personal shopping link
- QR code
- Featured Carry Systems
- Strap color options
- Product education
- Shop buttons
- Commission tracking
This website is designed to make sharing simple. Hosts can send customers directly to their site from social media, text messages, email, printed cards, or events.
Connecting Your Host Website to Social Media Ads
Hosts may share their host page on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Pinterest
- Email
- Text message
- QR cards
If running ads, hosts must use approved images, captions, and product claims.
Ads should send customers directly to the host’s personal Strapistry™ page or approved shopping link.
Hosts may not run ads that:
- Promise income
- Misrepresent pricing
- Use unapproved product claims
- Suggest official affiliation with another tote brand
- Use misleading before/after claims
- Copy another host’s content without permission

Host Kit contents may vary by availability and program level.
Returns, Cancellations & Customer Service
All customer orders are handled through the official Strapistry™ checkout process.
Customers should contact Strapistry™ directly for:
- Order questions
- Shipping updates
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Product concerns
Hosts should not promise refunds, replacements, or delivery dates unless approved by Strapistry™.
Program Changes
Strapistry™ may update the Host Program, commission rate, product offerings, policies, or marketing materials at any time.
Hosts will be notified of major changes when applicable.
Termination Policy
Strapistry™ may remove a host from the program if the host:
- Misrepresents the brand
- Violates pricing rules
- Uses unapproved claims
- Sells through unauthorized marketplaces
- Damages the brand reputation
- Fails to follow program policies
Hosts may also leave the program at any time.

As a Strapistry™ Style Host, you are helping women discover a more beautiful, comfortable, and versatile way to carry the totes they already love.
You are not just sharing a product.

Trademark & Brand Name Use Policy
Strapistry™ is an independent brand. We respect the trademarks, product names, logos, and brand identity of other companies.
Hosts may occasionally refer to third-party tote brands only to help customers understand compatibility. Any reference must be clear, limited, and respectful.
The main legal risk is creating customer confusion — making people think Strapistry™ products come from, are approved by, or are connected to another brand. The USPTO describes this as “likelihood of confusion,” where consumers may mistakenly believe goods come from the same source.
Approved Language
Hosts may say:
- “Compatible with many perforated tote styles.”
- “Designed for perforated rubber tote bags.”
- “Works with many Bogg-style and Simply Southern-style totes.”
- “Designed to upgrade the tote you already own.”
- “Strapistry™ is an independent carry system.”
- “Bag shown for styling and compatibility demonstration only.”
- “Not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bogg®, Simply Southern®, or any other tote brand.”
What NOT to Say
Hosts may not say:
- “Official Bogg strap.”
- “Bogg approved.”
- “Bogg partner.”
- “Made by Bogg.”
- “Bogg replacement strap.”
- “Simply Southern approved.”
- “Official Simply Southern accessory.”
- “Better than Bogg.”
- “Bogg should have made this.”
- “This fixes Bogg’s problem.”
- “Bogg bag included” unless the actual listing includes a bag.
- “Works with every Bogg bag” unless tested and confirmed.
- “Guaranteed to fit all tote brands.”
- “Endorsed by Bogg.”
- “Authorized Bogg accessory.”
Product Title Rules
Do not put another brand name at the beginning of a product title.

Style Host Affiliate Payout & Return Policy
Affiliate commissions are reviewed after each customer order is completed.
To allow time for customer returns, commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after the original purchase date, provided the order has not been returned, cancelled, refunded, or disputed.
If a customer requests a return, the returned item must be received back by Strapistry™ before any refund or credit is issued. Commissions are not paid on returned, refunded, or cancelled orders.
Minimum Payout
The minimum affiliate payout amount is $50. If your approved commission balance is under $50, it will roll over until the minimum payout amount is reached.
Payout Methods
Approved Style Host Affiliates may choose one of the following payout methods:
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
Payout details must be completed in your affiliate dashboard before payment can be issued.
Social Media Rules
Hosts should not tag, hashtag, or imply affiliation with other tote brands in a misleading way.
Avoid:

- #OfficialBoggAccessory
- #SimplySouthernPartner
- tagging another brand as if there is a partnership
Better hashtags:
- #ToteUpgrade
